It appears that Square Enix may be planning another game filled with tiny assassins. A European trademark filing suggests the publisher is developing a new Mini Ninjas game, titled Mini Ninjas: Hiro's Adventure. Adding to the evidence, Square has also registered a web domain under the same name. (more)

There is speculation that AOL will be shutting it down entirely, while there are reports that suggest that the company intends to squeeze more dollars out of the messenger platform. A New York Times article suggests that AOL intends to cut the annual cost of AIM from currently $25 million to about $2 to $3 million and will only employ support staff within the AIM unit. The report also notes that AIM generates about $50 million in revenue for AOL per year. (more)

Retake Mass Effect is a petition to BioWare asking for alternate endings for the entire Mass Effect trilogy. But as of this writing, the petition has also raised $34,232.96 USD for the Child's Play charity which will be used to provide video games for patients at Children's Hospitals all around the world.
