Gregory J. Gentling (Founding Partner, CEO/Chief Technical Officer)
Mr. Gentling has 20+years of experience in product development, user experience and project management in the software industry. Prior to founding Gamerang, Mr. Gentling ran his own business strategy and web development company called 7Studios. Prior to 7Studios, he served as founding partner at Ceira Corporation, responsible for branding, content development and product design aspects of the company’s web services business. During his tenure at Ceira, Mr. Gentling was instrumental in the triple digit growth of the company’s revenues and profits. Mr. Gentling’s previous experiences in the software industry include management roles at Cybermedia Corporation, Symantec Corporation, Swede Corporation and Synapse Software.

Nargess Fassih (Founding Partner, Chief Operating Officer)
Nargess Fassih is a business development expert with a ten year track record of formulating and executing new business plans that generate revenue. The ability to identify, negotiate and manage strategic relationships has been a hallmark of Ms. Fassih’s career. Prior to founding Gamerang, Ms. Fassih was COO of 7Studios, Vice President of Business Development at Havas Interactive (now Vivendi-Universal) where she managed all inbound and outbound licensing, merchandising, content acquisition and publishing functions.
